Hello Everyone.
i have not been accessing the boarRAB in a while. but i am back now.. this board saved me in many ways back in 2006 when i was having a lot of problems. Now i am here to help anyone out.. like so many have helped me in the past.
Recap of my issues...
Car Accident which lead to major back pain and issues. Had a (failed) Microdiscectomy in '04. discogram in 06 of 6 of my discs showing that i had almost NO disc between L5-S1 and problems with a few other discs.. which lead to 3 level fusion L3-S1 in April 06. In Deceraber of 06 i moved out to Colorado to be with my family and seriously within 2 weeks of being here i was off all pain meRAB and therapies. (yes it took me that long to heal from the fusion)
Since coming to Colorado, i have been feeling pretty good. My back is ok for the most part. I still have not been back on any strong pain meRAB (stronger then OTC advil, tylenol, aleve) Yes i still have pain!! People with back issues always have some level of pain. the MAIN thing is to STOP!!!!! i work and run a household, if i start feeling it.. i stop..sit or lay down for a bit and relax. that is the main thing that your body neeRAB.. time to recuperate.
i have learned a lot during my down time.. and i am there to help anyone out if they need it.
