As time goes on and I suffer with back issues and since someone on this site educated me on the Si joint I have done my own research. I have discovered and believe this could be my root cause. And if so it has actually been the culprit of causing other problems have to flare up my IC and my Fibro. I have been doing the exercises suggested on the back problem website. At first it was painful but I had to attempt to pop the joint back into balance. Lets say I have improved some, but I still have the IC really bad now. My back is actually some better.
If I continue to improve I will be happy and if I do not I will definitely have a MRI to see whether it is a disk.
