on saturday, i was driving and a car ran a red and t-boned me totaling both cars. she admitted to be at fault. and i found out 2 days later that my c-7 vertebrae was fractured. im wearing a full brace however there's not much pain... at all. i thinking about suing... what do you think the outcome would be? estimate settlement? and if i dont sue what would be the outcome? i just want to do some thinking before i call a lawer. thanks for the help!
