I jumped off a roof(about 12 feet high)and heard my lower back crack. I couldn't get up for about a minute(but i ws able to move evertything fine)but, now it hurts when i bend forward or push my hips foward. What should i do to make it feel better? I have a soccer game soon and I want it to feel better by then. I think it may be a herniated disk.

 have u been to a doctor and had an MRI? if not going to a physio may really help, i have found that movement (even though sometimes restricting) does help a lot, but i really think u shud get it checked out soon, because u dont want to make anything worse. :)

It is definately a great idea to have it checked out and ensure nothing gets worse.
If you wanted to do a few things by yourself to try and mitigate the pain, have a go with this:
- Every morning take about 10mins and sit down somewhere comfortable.
- Sit-up straight (ifyou are able to) with your legs crossed
- Slowly, lean forward with your arms streched out but keep your spine straight and your neck hanging loosely.
- Mark how far you can stretch and hopefully your back may get more flexible as the days go on..
- If it begins to hurt or discomfort, stop immediately!

Let me know how it goes and goodluck :)
