Hi I'm a 30yr old male and have had 2 laminectomies and 1 back fuision on July 30/2008.My original injury happened at work when a steel column was dropped on me. I have been doing everything possible to get better.I go to
physical therapy twice a week as required and stretch as much as possible but,not to much to cause significant pain.I also push myself to walk 2 miles per day.I just was hoping to hear if anyone has any successful tips on any more activites that I could do to speed the Healing proccess up a liitle,as I really need to get back to work and support my family and pay my mortgage.

Thank you

Are you taking calcium/magnesium/Vitamin D supplements? I also found that doing the exercises in the pool as well as walking in water to be very helpful. Good Luck!

I am currently taking Omega 3 Fish oil, Joint soother w/Glucosamine/Chondroitin/MSM.
I try to eat as healthy as possible and also take a good mulivitamin and 1000mg of vitamin C everyday. I'm willing to try calcium/magnesium/Vitamin D, but wondering if it will interupt what i'm currently taking,I guess my best bet is to talk to with Pharmacist.
Thanks for your input I appreciate it.
