Back and Rib Pain

Hi Everyone,

I don't normally come to this message board but I'm hoping someone can Dx's what is wrong with me.Last Monday I started having tightness in my chest and around my ribs now its so painful in the middle of my back especially the sides of my body in the rib area.When I take a deep breath I have pain in front lower part of the ribs and under the esophagus.Oh I hope someone can tell me what this is.I did have a xray last Monday and my chest is good.

No one has any rib pain here with middle of the back.Someone any advice.
Any drs. or nurses I can't get into my Drs. until tomorrow.
