I'm 17 years old, and have been having back (particularly lurabar) and neck pain for a few years now. I have also had some problems with my knees and ankles too, although these pains have not been as severe.
My back is tender to touch, especially along the sides of my back and all across the rib area. The pain sometimes radiates down into the tops of my legs. Additionally, when I sit down, my lower back and tailbone crack, and it feels as if they're moving out of place. I also have very tense shoulders and a stiff neck. I have some trouble breathing, and frequently get headaches and occasionally ear aches.
Please let me know if you have any idea what is causing all of these symptoms.

you seem to be going through a lot, had you a previous injury that could be contributing to your pain. maybe it,s artritis. you should go and get checked out by a doctor.

First off, have you been into a doctor? If so, what did he say? Have you been tested for asthma? That could explain the breathing issues. How often do you have the earaches? Have you ever had tubes in your ears?

I think the first thing you need is to get seen by your family doctor. Tell him what you have been feeling and let him check you out and go from there.

When I was younger, I had severe earaches and was diagnosed with TMJ problems. In response to this, I had my tonsils, adenoiRAB and grommets done. I also had braces to bring my jaw forward, which helped, but now the symptoms are coming back. I am currently seeing a TMJ specialist and just had another set of braces to try and fix my jaw, but my neck is still painful, and the headaches and ear aches have started coming back over the last week or so.
As for my back, I did gymnastics for a year, which certainly didn't help. The only accident I can think of is when I was on the trampoline, and my back bent right back. I've been to see an osteopath many times, but they would just realign my back, they didn't think anything was wrong, but I'm still in pain.
Thanks for your help guys, I really appreciate it.
