Back acne??

I dont know what this is or if its serious, but ive had this almost seems like an ingrown pimple on my back for awhile now. There's no sign of it being swollen or red on my back but if you feel my back you would notice a somewhat hard little bump.

Again it seems ingrown and not something you could pop like a regular pimple.
If I grab it with my thurab and a finger it seems like it's solid..Im experience no pain whatsoever, but I mean it's been there for awhile and is going nowheres..what could it be??
 
Well judging by some readings on the net..I think it may be a epidermal inclusion cyst.

I dont know though. Ive had it for a few months. No pain. No redness. Its not very tender. Its somewhat movable, under the skin.

Though all the symptoms of that cyst I have yet to experiece any..and ive had it for several months..worth a trip to the doctor..?
