Back Acne

I'm an 18 year old still with some acne. Prom is coming up and I have a bit of trouble with back acne. Some days its not very noticeable and other days it is. My back is very noticable with my dress and I dont want everyone to see my back acne, anyone have any suggestions on how to get rid of it.

I have this problem too ..grad's coming up and my back isn't looking its best... Can anyone recommend a good body wash that will help? Or anything?

I find when I tan, acne lessions decrease. Try tanning a few weeks before prom
