My fiance and I are buying our first home in the next couple of months, and I plan on watching children as a source of at-home income. In Ohio, what are the legal requirements and guidelines, such as what situations need you to be licensed, how many children and of what ages may I babysit at one period of time before needing licensed, etc. I live in Washington County, Ohio.
