baby is dropping quickly, sharp pain last night..?

i'm supose to be 34 weeks on monday, but i'm also measuring at almost 4 weeks ahead which would put me at 37-38 weeks. Within the past two days the baby has really dropped, not only have I noticed it, but my coworkers have really noticed as well. last night when i stood up i felt like the baby was in my pelvis it burned really bad and I was almost affriad to move! My next doctor appointment isn't for another week yet, should I contact the doctor? Do you think i'm approaching labor soon? Please help a confused and concerned mom!! Thanks everyone!
