baby fish in rocks should i remove them or leave them in the tank?

i have a 50 gallon tank and noticed that there are two baby fish in my rock in the front of the tank i do have a ten gallon i can set up to put them in but i don't know if moving them will kill them or if leaving them will get them eaten. i know that they can't be more than two days maybe three days old i just cleaned all the rock a few days ago but now i don't know what to do with them I would love to keep them alive.
I have terras and molly's in the tank i think they are the molly's i just bought two new molly's for my male he was chasing the one i had to much but i wasn't expecting babies this soon
 
yes you should because if the fish make a mistake and hit the rock or scrap againts it it could get hurt and you should probably should recomend to get them alittle something smaller or getting something softer
 
I have found that babies have the best chance of surviving if you leave the were they are, just let things go as they naturally would.

I have taken babies out and raised them for a couple weeks, but I always put them back within at least 3 weeks, I have successfully raised a lot of baby fish using this method and while it may not be the most practical if you are trying to make money off the fish, it is the least stressful for both you can the fish (adults and fry).

If you add some plastic breeding grass (they sale it at petsmart and walmart) it would provide covering for the fry, I would also add shelters spread out throughout the tank made of rocks for extra cover.

What kind of fish had babies? Some fish guard their babies, while some eat them.
