Baby betta fish problems?

I recently had betta fish 2 days ago, i noticed though that the dad didnt put them in the bubbles but the fish were near them floating head up. they are all alive and i havent fed them anything yet, i am going to feed them brine shrimp. I dont have a heater in the container they are in. Will they die if its like 72 F? I need help on caring for them
 
I hope your using baby brine? regular brine is too big. micro worms would be better.
did you remove the male? If they are free swimming, that might be a good idea.
