Babies in concentration camps, born and raised. Brutally beaten, starved, and worked...

...as slaves.? Why aren't we doing anything? North Korea has concentration camps. There are innocent people in these camps that are guilty of nothing. Others are there for minor infraction such as not wearing the red pin on their shirt with a picture of the leader. The hardest thing is looking at the children that are being brutalized and murdered. We need to do something to stop this. If we don't we are no better than people that watched the Holocaust happen and stood by and did nothing.

I am not saying that we go to war. But if we let people know what is going on and support the groups that are trying to help them escape, that would be a good start.

Please if you are going to say that we should help American children before we help the people in North Korea, I would like you to tell me what you are doing to help American children.
I am glad people didn't think that way during the Holocaust or none of the Jews would have been saved.

There is an organization that helps people escape from North Korea, it is called http://linkglobal.org , they also help refugees that have already escaped.



If you want to know what you can do. http//:linkglobal.org needs volunteers to work with North Korean refugees in United States and other countries. They are getting them out of there so they don't end up in the concentration camps. I would say that you can financial support the group, but then my question might get deleted. What they are doing takes a large amount of resources. You could tell other people and make them aware and also tell them about the group that is helping these people. They also need people that want jobs to work with this organization to free the people.
 
You are right, and totally correct in being upset. But to make a long story short - they think it is normal. There is nothing wrong! In your eyes, within your culture, and very small life span and experience, you think: "It can be fixed!" But should it be? Isn't it there to make you think? To make you value what you have? To show you that you are not thankful for your freedom? You and me are looking at the problem with rose tinted glasses, and an European bias. Like Europe and the USA got it, after (not so) many years, that racism is wrong, but still alive and well and living in the USA.

Why aren't we doing anything ? Simple N. Korea doesn't have a lot of oil so the politicians like Bush don't see enough profit to start a war like they did in Iraq .
