B16A2 in a Honda Del Sol....should i turbo or build the motor?

Ok i have a honda del sol and i want to get some power out of it...basically i want to see what will give me more overall horsepower and which gives the better bang 4 the buck. so build the motor hard with new cams, high comp pistons...etc. or get a turbo build 4 low comp. and put 30psi in it.

so it's Turbo VS. NA High Compression
 
Turbo will allways be a better bang for the buck. The b16 does not have a lot of displacement and allready flows really well stock, modding it NA won't give you that great results for a decent price. Piecing together a decently good turbo kit and just running 10-15 psi would easily make more power and be more reliable than any all motor NA b16. Just what ever you do make sure you get a gooooood tune.
