My Doctor Has Done Blood Tests On Me And Has Said That My B12 Is Low, He Then Done Another 1 And It Came Back That It Was Slightly Higher But Still Low He Then Tested Me For Anaemia (Think Thats Right) It Came Back That I Wasn But Now Im Being Tested To See If I Can Absorb B12 Results Will Be Back On Friday....

Could Someone Please Tell Me What Happens If It Comes Back That I Cant Absorb B12??

And If It Comes Back That I Can, What HAppens??....

I Would Appreciate Any Help At All As I Dont Really Understand Whats Goin On And Doc ISnt Much Help In Explaining In Terms That I Understand....

I used to have a B12 deficiency. I was extremely low and had to get B12 injections every three days for a month. You might need injections if you can't absorb B12.
