So, I'm about mid-way through my novel and I'm wondering if it's a good time to start submitting it to publishers. If so, what are some good unagented publishers? I do have a copy of the Writer's Market and I'm going to buy the newer version, but if you would like to mention a few good publishers, that'd be great.
Also, do you have any tips on publishing--especially for someone under 18?
