"reasonable suspicion"? And if so, will carrying around a copy of my birth certificate be enough? I don't want to carry around my passport, since it's bulky and I only have one. But the copy of the birth certificate is still a copy, without the official seal. I only have one with the official seal and I don't want to fold that one up and carry it around in my wallet.
