AX72 updating problem

Hi all! After hard searching, and many tries to flash one AX72 I realy going to mad. Phone is version 2. I have got service soft with Bulgarian, but version 1. It start to update, but on 1% stoped. Any languages , but soft. version 2 passed without any problem. So... I want soft Ver. 2 with lang. 4. I know that exist. Plz. Help me.
 
For all! I find the decision. With litle program called SMELTER from Russia I transform softwere update.exe into xbz file, and voila
