AVG Free Version 8 confict with System Mechanics 8?

Whenever i update my Virus Database on AVG, when i try to run System Mechanics it tells me that some of its files are Trojan downloaders and will not let me run the program. I can run it right now as i have not updated it after i reinstalled it but eventually i will get so behind AVG wont rly do much protecting if half the new virus/trojans/Worms arent in the database. I have tried to get customer support with AVG but you need a "bought" version of AVG. Anyone know how to fix. I have alreadt tried to just ignore it and it just keeps coming back up.
I have already checked the FAQ's and nothing about the other program are in them.
