I was wondering if anyone knew the average lifespan for this car, cause I am looking to buy a used one but my dad thinks that about 100,000 is too much and that the car will start to break down and will just be a waste of money. I have read that the car is very reliable and I feel like it will run well over that without breaking down. If anyone has some estimates of its average lifespan or personal experience with their own celica that would be great

ALL CARS CAN EASILY MAKE IT TO 200,000 miles.

Unless they were made in the 70's and 80's where cars used to break down at 100,000 miles.

Honda and Toyota are the most reliable cars. They can easily go beyond 400,000 miles if you take care of them.

I have seen police cars with 400,000 miles, UPS trucks with over 1 million miles, Nissan's with 350,000 miles.

100,000 miles is nothing. It would make it like a 30 year old car in human years.
