I have anxiety and I take Lorazepam as needed. I got a Kenalog shot yesterday (april 9) and started Avelox for a very powerful sinus infection. I woke up today restless and anxious and depressed. I want to be alone but I can't and i don't want to talk to anyone. I can't sit still either. This is scaring me. I think it's the Avelox because I recall a similar "werid in the head" feeling with Levaquin. I've taken Prednisone and hated it due to the joint swelling and weight gain, but i didn't make my crazy in the head. I don't know if this new drug duo is doing this or just one of them. I'm worried because that damn shot lasts a good month, so I've read, but then again I have no idea how much my ENT even gave me. I pray to God it wasn't a huge dose. I've been working to have another child and have no time to spare, now I find that the steriod will likely cause problems in ovulation for some time. I'm really upset over all. I can't take the shot back, wish to hell I could.
how long does it take for the shot to go away. anyone really, really know? also, has anyone had problems on avelox too?
