i am looking to buy a new GSM handset that has a unique auto-redial feature; one i'm not sure exists, to be honest. namely: to auto-redial a number when a call attempt results NOT in "line (system) busy," but an network error message; e.g., "your call cannot be completed as dialed; please check your numbers ad try your call again."
does such a feature exist on any make or model of phone anyone has knowledge of? (i'm not sure what it would be called technically.)
this feature would be most helpful for me; as i frequently have to dial a number that rings through only about 20% of the time (the rest of the time an error message). every handset that i've used includes "auto-redial" option, but this feature is seemingly only applicable to calls that result in a busy signal.
