I have a 98 honda accord 4cylinder,4dr,Lx with over 200,000 miles on it.. and i am having some problems with scrubing when i drive.. i have new brake pads and rotors and i still feel a constant scrubing when i am driving.. another problem im having is that when im driving the car will not go pass 20mph and will sputter and shut off.. i do realize that the car has alot of miles and dont expect it to run like a champ but i like it and really want to have it running better.. please help..
