...of "not starting"? 3weeks ago, I had a inspection sticker put on my car 2 weeks after replacing front brakes ( Routers, pads, the works). problem #1>>>>>.........The Brakes are noisier now after repairs~( definite sound of steel on steel) I returned to same garage for inspection sticker and had them check those brakes and Repairman said "they were fine!" Said "rust from undercarriage might have fallen in on Replacement" Since they put the inspection sticker on, "Betsy" has not been wanting to start most AM's . After a few "jumps" ( started right up) I had battery tested. It is fine! Yet "Betsy" refuses to start on turn of key many times now. Ironically, 4 days ago,I lifted the hood, and in frustration, hit the battery. The Car started right up! Now, If I go out and she won't start, I open the hood and tap on the battery with whatever I have handy.( Prestone antifreeze can works fine!)
