Autobody Paint Lifting?

I recently had the passenger side quarter panel of my car painted. It's white and I've noticed where the damage used to be, it is turning yellow and making an outline of the bodywork that was done to it. It's still a smooth surface and has no cracks or crows feet, just the staining yellow outline. The question is.........Will that particular spot possibly lift where there will be damage/paint chipping off or anything like that? Or will the yellow just possibly continue to grow and get more noticeable? The reason I am asking is because it really isn't that bad. It's only noticeable to someone who I've pointed it out to and as long as there won't be any noticeable damage uplifting, I will probably keep it like it is. Any ideas or suggestions?
