Auto Tranny for a 1984 z28 Chevy Camaro.?

Was driving my 84 chevy Camaro 305 z28 and it just started to downshift till it got into first than just went into neutral. Is an auto. Will not go into gear at all other than reverse. Am assuming I need a rebuild. How much will that run
 
There are plenty on Ebay. See the link, it will be a lot cheaper than buying a new one or rebuilding one.
