Auto show hints in HTML or JQuery?

Hi,

I have a forum that i designed and i would like it so that after a few seconds some nice looking ballon tips popup pointing to things like the post button and how to do other certain things...

Can I do this with JQuery or something similar ??

All i can seem to find are Hover or Click ones...
