Author notes on Mibba.com? PLEASE ANSWER!?

I went to post another story on Mibba.com and it said "Posting "chapters" that aren't really chapters (authors notes,comments,messages) is not allowed. Does it mean not to write anything in the "author notes" box?
 
I don't think so.
I think it means if you just want to tell everyone that you aren't going to be writing for a month or two or something and there is no chapter included, then it's not allowed to be posted. If there is a chapter there, like an actual story that you are posting, I think it's fine.
