I have dated my notes as well as the time of the incidents that occurred each time. Some may not have the time but the date is always on my notes. As I stated I would come home and type them up on my computer in a Diary fashion. Can I print out the diary I have on my computer or should I take each note a place them on a 8x12" paper and make copies or should I use both. Should I go to a notary to establish the Authenticity of the notes or to a Pro Se Clerk in the Courthouse. Who can give me a stamp of Authenticity? Will my swearing these notes were taken by me hold up in Fed. Court. I don't want to make any mistakes in this case I put too much time into it. I am scheduled for a deposition today at 11:30 a.m.
