(Australian-NSW-Sydney) Good camping spots?

Hi this may be a difficult Thing to ask on YA but anyways.

I'm looking for a good camping spot under 3 hours drive from Sydney.

I would like it to be:

In a excluded area
Around bushland
A lake/river for fishing. (close to camping grounds of course, right on the bank would be great)
Shops not to far away (just in case)

If you don;t know any places could you recommend a good site for searching good Australian camping grounds.

Thanks, anywhere We can pitch two tents, fish and enjoy nature.
