Australia- profitable crops for small home garden?

I am new to Australia(Melbourne) as a student and need additional sources of income. There's some room in the backyard where I stay and I can use it as I wish.

what types of crops would be suitable? (something that grows fast and is in demand)

Should I offer them to grocery stores? or what other ways can I sell them
