I know nothing about cars, and i'm considering buying a used car. Ive been looking on Ebay and Car Sales and Gumtree, and lots of people say their cars dont have a road worthy certificate? I'm not sure what a R.W.C is but it sounds essential? Could that mean the car is really dodgy and not worth buying? The cars i'm looking at are holden barinas 1990-'94
Also if anyone has any advice on buying used cars that'd be great.
