August 2009 Ford Incentives?

I am looking to buy a 2009 Ford Escape XLT. I know that the incentives right now are $1000 Customer Cash or 0% APR up to 60 mths, 1.9% for 72 mths. This all expires August 3rd. I am trying to find out what the incentives will be after that to decide if I should buy before August 3rd or after. Help would be greatly appreciated!! :)
 
They aren't going to advertise what they will be doing after 8/3 - that would negate what they are trying to do now selling cars. You never hear what is coming up until it is here!
