Audiovox XV6600 vs. Treo 650 vs. Treo 700w

I am trying to figure out which would be best. I already know the Treo 700w is quite pricey. It may be out of my league but I left it on the list just for the hell of it. My real comparison questions are the XV6600 vs the Treo 650. Past comparison say the XV6600 is a PDA with phone capability and the Treo 650 is a phone with PDA capability. Can anyone expand on that? Is the XV6600 that user un-friendly? Can anybody give more details of pros and cons for each phone?
