My cell company... who shall remain nameless... shipped me 2 phones after 3 weeks of hell trying to complete the order. I would like to sell one but don't they have some sort of reg. to the cell company that needs unlocking? Once unlocked is the phone good anywhere does the IMEI number belong to the phone or the carrier. BTW it's an Audiovox 5600... Thanks
