Audio Troubles - upon authoring to dvd, audio track plays background music but

leaves out persons voice? I have a dv file that has both video and audio. (This is the only file I have ever had trouble with).

Essentially I import this dv track into FCP (Final Cut Pro) along with my other 100% fully-functional dv files and use compressor...so that I can then use DVD Studio Pro 4 to "Author My DVD".

When I am in DVD Studio and I put the "compiled" video in track everything is still working 100%, even the dv file in questioning. At this point I think "it will work".

Wrong when I author the dvd, the section of the dv file in questioning plays the video and plays one track of the audio which is the background music of the dv file and does not play an audible voice coming from the person.

In FCP i have looked at the item properties of all the dv files compared to the dv file in questioning and they all seem to be the same.

What am I missing? Is there something about audio track information that I need to add to this dv file. Honestly I have tried everything I can think of on the extreme end. I have even used Handbrake and Audio HiJack to capture the complete audio from this dv file and save to mp3, .aiff and use all different kinds of settings and then import that into FCP as the audio track and it still does the same thing. Is this some type of wierd copyright protection or something?
