Audio speakers/subs/stereo for Jeep?

Hello, I just got a new Jeep. Its a 2003 jeep grand cherokee Laredo
I am looking for all new speakers, and stereo. I would also like 2 12' subs with what ever amp is needed. Please post links to products. I am In Houston Texas and looking for someone around here to buy from. best buy and things can work also. I will be paying around 500 or so on all of this. Some what cheap, but something that has a good bang to it. Thanks.
just got more money. I can now do over 1000 :] just give me some good products.
 
two 12 feet subwoofers! DANG thats a lot of cone area!!!

LOL jk. with 500 dollars that wouldn't be enough to completely rehaul ur stereo. You can easily spend 500 dollars on just ur subwoofer set up, 400 for speakers + amp to power the speakers, and another 200 for the head unit....
