Audi Levitating lights broken? Used car check?

the lights still work but the levitation feature doesn't work. How much will it cost me to fix?
im currently looking to buy this Audi.
if its just a wire thats one thing but if it will cause other things to
stop working, it needs to be fixed.

also if i took the audi to a audi dealership could they look it over and them me if there's anything wrong with it. and how much do you think they would charge me for it.
