Audi, Honda? WHICH SHALL I CHOOSE?? or is there better?

acura's are nice and hold their value very well ( fairly cheap to fix/own - that's what kills all the german luxury cars )
 
I have a 1999 mustang and literally cant STAND IT! I want something a little more luxury and 4 doors. Looking into Audi and Honda but i'm limited to models ranging from 1997-2002. Please help me out!

I want a car that is really good handling, nice interior, and nice on the outside. (Really like the way Audi drives and looks but ppl tell me not to go with them)
