Auden's "Musée des Beaux Arts" has...?

Auden's "Musée des Beaux Arts" has? (A) irregular rhymes (B) enjambments (C) a conversational tone (D) all of these (E) none of these

The poem definitely has enjambment, which is the continuation of a thought from one line to the next without stopping.

The rhyme is also irregular, but some lines do rhyme.

And yes, the tone is conversational; the speaker talks naturally as though about every day events, which highlights the terrible irony in the way a big, terrible event like a martyrdom, a birth, or the fall of Icarus might mean nothing to those going their way in life.
