Audacity: Headset Effect from RvB?

Hi I'm using Audacity, and if you've ever seen the series Red Vs Blue, I'm trying to accomplish the effect that they use on the voice to make it sound like they're using voice communications in their helmets.

I don't know much about Audacity so a step by step kind of thing would be fantastic. Thanks!
