...slowly and not well any ideas? hi there peoples.
i have an au 99 falcon forte and my interior fan has failed, when i wedge my hand behind glovebox i can kinda flick start the fan but it runs alot slower than normal, i have had a friend check all relays and fuses and said fan motor is rooted, i was wondering if anyone can provide a link or some instructions as to remove and replace the fan motor myself, or if you may have any other suggestions as to maybe the cause of the slow fan, i mean it seems all controls are ok as when have it on low it goes extremely slower than low speed and if i have it on high it goes still a little slower than low but does change speed if ya know what i mean.... thanks for your time in advance lol

you definitely have a bad blower motor. it's just about done. it doesn't want to turn at all but you tapping on it is freeing it enough so that will try to turn. as for replacing it you should be able to remove the glovebox and it should be right there
