( ATV ) Honda Rancher Front Bumper replacement?

Is it hard to replace the front carrier rack/ Bumper and skid plate I found the parts and it seems to be about 230 bucks for all. Also I want to replace the handle bars will it be a p.i.t.a to take all the stuff off the mount?

Its a 2003 Honda Rancher trx350fe 4x4 es

Anyone had to do anywork similar on theirs?
