I got a wart removed from my palm, but it left a scar. Now there is a little triangle attached to my head line. Does this mean anything? I don't think I would call it an island, because I read somewhere that islands mean mental or emotional instability. As for what it looks like... imagine a line, and somewhere in the middle of that line, draw two tiny lines that come together at a point. If I compared it to a landscape, it would look kind of like a faraway pyramid on a horizon.
