getting for Financial Aid? I am attending the University of Phoenix (on-line) in the fall to pursue my bachelors degree. I have already gotten my associates degree from taking classes at two other schools. I applied for financial aid, but my advisor is telling me that he can't tell me how much financial aid I am getting because it is "illegal to give out that information". I find this very odd because the two other schools I attended gave me an award letter a couple weeks before classes started so that I could properly budget my tuition.
Is anyone else in the same boat as I am or can give me knowledge or advice on this? I am really starting to think something is wrong...
