Attending the London School of Economics for Operations Research?

I am an American grad student (attending U of Maryland college park for Master's in GIS) and I am hoping to attend the LSE for another master's in operations research. I am just wondering on what/how to better my chances at being accepted and what I can do while in school to set myself apart. I have 3 bachelor's for a no-name undergrad w/3.4 GPA and am currently pulling a 4.0 at Maryland.

I greatly appreciate any help or advice
