attending an outdoor wedding today and it going to pour rain!!?

How do I keep from ruining my nicest dress and shoes and keep my hair in some sort of order? short of wearing a garbage bag over myself...
sorry, it does seem like a whiny question, lol. But these are my husband's friend that I dont like so I'll keep moaning...
 
Forget the nicest dress and shoes and just wear garbage bags. Once you get to the reception you can change into real clothes.
