What crime is this considered and what are the charges affiliated with it? Is it a felony and what are the typical forms of punishment?
My boyfriend was on his dirt bike on the streets in D. Heights and the cops went to chase him, he escaped and drove in the field that he had intended to go to, but they followed and he attempted to further escape and ended up crashing (whether they made him idk, I was not there his friends told me). They arrested him and had his bike towed and all of that, please someone experienced and knowledgeable tell me what is going to go on now?
