AT&T will not send a bill nor allow me to look my bill up online because I paid for dsl with a prepaid card. Now I have called a billion and one times and they said have ur 38 bucks ready between the 12 -16 it is now the eighteenth and they haven't taken a dime!
This happened last month and they cut my service and made me pay a fifty dollar deposit and told me they would send a check for the first fifty$ deposit. A month passed no check no bill no payment made. What to do I love the service but calling isn't helping I've called soooo much n nothing. I have dsl without phone service if that helps....
